Bold and playful mermaid earrings made from an original illustration by Rena Hopkins. An iridescent green teardrop accent bead adds an extra splash (ha ha) of color to these fun earrings. Note: the bead is iridescent with a sort of minty green highlight that matches the color of the mermaid's tail but was an absolute b:tch to photograph. It is NOT olive green)
All Marginalia earrings come carded on our beautiful Edwardian inspired backing cards, tucked into black chipboard gift boxes.
Metal is nickel-free bronze over an iron core, suitable for most wearers but not hypo-allergenic.

Our reversed decoupage glass cabochons are lovingly hand made in a home studio on the edge of Appalachia. The cabochons are carefully color matched and set in hand wrapped findings.
This handmade process makes each set of mermaid earrings unique; expect subtle variations in color and clarity from pair to pair.
Reverse decoupage items should be cleaned by wiping gently with a damp cloth.
Do not submerge or wear while swimming or bathing.

So beautiful! I love the details. The color scheme makes me think of the Caribbean. The Divine Iguana is my favorite Etsy shop because the jewelry is gorgeous, comes with cute boxes, and shipping is very speedy.
